Saturday delivery orders must be phoned in and must be place by 12:00PM on Fridays. Express guarantee is for business days. Holidays, weekends and severe weather excluded. No refunds on shipping upgrade costs unless BuyWake.com is responsible for the error or the shipping carrier is at fault. Order Tracking

All orders that have a valid e-mail address will automatically receive a package tracking e-mail. This is your confirmation that your order has shipped. If you do not receive a tracking number e-mail, please check your account profile (Account) for an error in your e-mail address. BuyWake.com does not generate tracking information until your order is actually shipped. We are a registered Non-Resident Importer with FedEx Trade Networks.  This means that our Canadian customers will enjoy the following benefits on all orders shipped to Canada via the FedEx International Ground service:
