Heavy and oversized orders are subject to additional shipping costs.
*DISCLAIMER - Orders shipped using the U.S. Postal Service are estimated
for delivery within 10 business days. However, sometimes it can take
a while longer than that. Orders shipped using the U.S. Postal Service
will not be considered "lost" until 120 days from the shipment
date. Use this service at your own risk...as packages shipped via
the U.S.P.S. are not traceable.
Orders shipped via the U.S. Postal service must be paid for by Visa,
MasterCard, or Discover...or by check or money order by mail. We
cannot accept American Express as a method of payment if the order
is being shipped with the U.S.P.S.
INTERNATIONAL MAP
Certain manufacturers require that any of
their product that is shipped internationally be sold at what is
referred to as an 'international minimum advertised price'. The
'international price' includes international FREE SHIPPING. Other
items that are not required to be sold at 'international price'
that do not change the base shipping rate will also be shipped
internationally for free. 'International price' does not include
taxes and duties for your country. Any additional items in the
order will result in a pro-rated shipping cost. These additional
costs will be quoted and emailed to the customer for approval prior
to shipping. The shopping cart will automatically adjust the price
based on your shipping location. Additionally, any international
customer that would like there order shipped to a U.S. address
will be charged the "Our Price".

You’re in luck! We offer ground shipping
rates to most Canadian provinces (Yukon & NW Territories extra).
Discounted express international shipping is available. Please call
or e-mail us for shipping quotes. If you’ve already placed your
order online, our sales reps will be contacting you with the applicable
shipping costs. BuyWake.com is not responsible for any fees, taxes
or duties levied by your country. Should you refuse to pay customs fees on delivered goods, BuyWake.com shall charge the credit card on file for all fees, taxes, or duties levied by your country.
We are a registered Non-Resident Importer with FedEx Trade Networks. This
means that our Canadian customers will enjoy the following benefits
on all orders shipped to Canada via the FedEx International Ground
service:
-Simplified invoicing.
-No hassle delivery.
-Lower cost of delivery.
All brokerage fees, customs, taxes, and duties are prepaid to us at a flat
rate of $15 per shipment plus 20% of the invoice price...which we,
in turn, remit to the Canadian customs officials. No longer will your gear
be held up while you work out payment for the fees associated with bringing products
into Canada. Your order will be delivered directly to you as if it were
being delivered to an address within the United States.

PREAUTHORIZATION OF CREDIT CARDS:
At the time that your order is submitted, the credit card that
was used to make the purchase is preauthorized for the full amount.
At the time that your order is fulfilled, this preauthorized
transaction is "captured" and converted into an actual
charge. In the event that the final order total is less than
the initial preauthorized amount (such as in the case where items
are canceled from the order), the resulting "captured" charge
will be less than the initial preauthorized amount. In the event
that the final order total is more than the initial preauthorized
amount (such as in the case where items are added to the order),
the initial preauthorized amount will be "captured" with
the balance being charged in the form of a new transaction.
If an order is canceled, the original preauthorization will be
dropped from the credit card account within a period of 2-10
business days...depending on how your issuing bank operates.
