We can ship Connelly and CWB merchandise outside the United States.
We will be responsible for providing you with all customer service
inquiries regarding this merchandise which includes any warrantee questions
or claims. In the event that product must be returned for warrantee,
it will be returned to us at your expense. Once the product has been
repaired or replaced, you would pay the return freight charges.
The consumer purchasing the product must also be aware that,
in addition to the cost of the product and freight charges, they are
responsible to pay all VAT (value added taxes) and excise taxes or customs
fees established by the country in which they are receiving the shipment.
These fees may range from zero to 25% of the cost of the merchandise
or more.
Other Connelly and CWB dealers in or outside the United States are not
obligated to service product you purchased from us. Our goal is to provide
you with excellent knowledge and service. We will stock warrantee parts
to help you with any parts you may need. Additional product information
